I know the reason why it’s always there

Little stars  inside my heart

the last hope

the last slight ray of light

I have to keep them

I have to save them from fading away

I am the only one who knows it’s there

I thought once I lost them;

It’s so fragile

When you speak of it, it would vanish; just can’t keep itself; it’s so weak

It can be called my son; my daughter

I have to protect them

I can’t call their names

I can’t speak of them before other people

But it is the last hope

That I live for
